Callaham’s control plate for Teles and Esquires features traditional looks, but with a modified control spacing. The volume hole is moved 3/8″ toward the tone control, adding a little space between the switch and the volume knob, making it a little easier to get your finger in there when the bridge pickup is selected. The plate is made from 416 stainless steel and polished to a mirror finish that looks like nickel.
