This Used 2023 Fender Custom Shop Master Built MVP 60 Stratocaster Relic by Jason Smith in Purple Sparkle is here on consignment, and it is in great shape. The neck is straight, the frets are still crowned, and the truss rod functions properly. The guitar is pretty heavily distressed by Masterbuilder Jason Smith, so all the aging was intentional. Included with the guitar is the original hardshell case and certificate.
This is an exceptionally cool Stratocaster that was meticulously spec’ed out by Teddy Gordon at Make’n Music. The MVP series adds some slick modern amenities to a vintage-looking guitar. Well, not that Purple Sparkle with a Matching Headstock is period correct, but this well-aged beauty is one of the coolest we’ve seen in a while, thanks to the expert distressing job of Jason Smith!
A couple of the more notable specs are nut width of 1.6875″, the Bi-Flex truss rod adjusts behind the nut, and the body is routed for HSH should you ever want to change the pickup complement. Make sure to check out all the specs, as there is quite a lot to enjoy.
