American Deluxe Stratocaster (1998-2004)
- Introduced in July of 1998, Upgraded in January of 2004
- Features included alder or premium ash body, 2-point tremolo with pop-in tremolo arm, and Vintage Noiseless pickups
- Case swapped from traditional black to molded black case in 2000
- Special run of colors produced in 2000 for international distribution only- Colors included Daphne Blue, Olympic White, Dakota Red, and Surf Green
- White Blonde, Natural, and Crimson Red Transparent finishes were discontinued January 2002
