The Wild reeds are cut from cane that grows freely in the wild rather than a typical farmed cane. The cane that grows wild tends to give the reeds a different color than traditional reeds.

Their thicker tip helps them last longer and the thinner bevel allows for a brighter and more punchy sound well suited to contemporary music styles.

Rich in harmonics, Wild reeds also work well in orchestral, big band, and jazz settings.
