Don’t worry about your 6 o’clock because you’ve got your Baum Wingman in Vintage White!!! This is a contemporary offset electric guitar engineered for players who demand both high-flying looks and tonal versatility. You don’t see many Baum’s over here in America and we’re always thrilled when one makes its way into our shop.
This model combines Baum’s signature Danish design philosophy with purposeful hardware and electronics. The offset body mahogany honors such vintage classic offsets such as the Jazzmaster and Firebird but is wholly its own. The body features a tasty Vintage white finish. The modern C-shape neck in roasted maple with rosewood fretboard delivers a reliable comfortable all across the fingerboard. While medium-jumbo frets ensure effortless bends and consistent playability.
Here we have one with the 3 on a side headstock design (differing from the others with a 6 on a side headstock). It’s the first time we’ve had one like this, and we love it. Also, this one is lighweight, coming in at just 6.7 lbs, making it comfortable to keep strapped on for hours.
If you want a guitar is stacked with great tones, you’ve found it. The Wingman features two Goldsound Jabmaster P90 pickups which provide warm, punchy single-coil tones with enhanced bass responseideal for rock, indie, and beyond. Easily find your favorite sounds with two tone controls, a Master Volume control, and 3-way selector switch.
The guitar comes with a hardtail bridge (unlike the other Wingman we have here with a Bigsby) and the precision tuners with 21:1 gear ratios offer rock-solid accuracy. Lightweight and well-balanced, the Wingman is built for gigging musicians who refuse to compromise on style or performance.
