Inspired by a certain shade of purple we’ve seen on stages in arenas around the world – this is a Music Zoo Made 2 Measure Hummingbird Standard EC model tweaked out by the Gibson Custom Shop with a ‘Sour Purple’ finish and changed ever so slightly from the standard Hummingbird EC with an ebony fretboard and bridge. It’s the same shade of purple used as the original, and it came out looking (and sounding) fantastic. The guitar is topped off with single-ply cream body binding and L.R. Baggs VTC electronics for plugging in on stage!
