A special treat for the 50th Anniversary of Gibson’s first reissues – this Gibson Custom Shop 1968 VOS Goldtop Les Paul is a serious guitar! In fact, it’s a replica of a real 1968, owned by a Gibson Custom Shop employee – and even the neck itself is a direct scan of the original! Other features include a solid mahogany body with 2-piece maple top, solid rosewood fingerboard with cellulose inlays, a 14 degree headstock pitch angle, custom wound P-90 pickups, an ABR-1 with nylon saddles, and hide glue construction. The guitar will also ship with a special replica 1968 Gibson Gazette catalog, and 1968 style guitar picks!
