The perfect match for your JEL-100 Head: Dave gave us the specs that Jake E. Lee used to build his custom Friedman 412 cabinets, so we had a few duplicates built for you lucky new JEL-100 owners out there!
The Friedman 412 Cabinet is a 412, closed-back speaker cabinet which utilizes tongue and groove Baltic Birch construction to deliver the bass, mid response and great sound you would expect from a Friedman cab.
At the heart of the cab are four 16 Ohm, Celestion G12M-25 Greenback speakers, Jake E. Lee’s longtime speaker of choice. The G12M Greenback is voiced with additional broad mid-range attack and restrained top-end, giving a forward, punchy attitude to chords and a searing lead tone without fizz: the ideal match for the JEL-100 head.
As with all Friedman cabinets, oversized 12-gauge speaker wire is soldered between the speaker and terminal, assuring that you capture every ounce of valuable tone. The BE412-JEL is handcrafted with pride in the U.S.A. and designed to withstand the rigors of the road.
