The Les Paul Special Double Cut Figured retains all the features that make the Les Paul Special eminently playable while elevating its visual appeal. It features a double cutaway mahogany body capped with a beautiful AAA figured maple veneer, with a bound top. The mahogany neck has a fast-playing SlimTaper profile with a bound rosewood fretboard equipped with 22 medium jumbo frets and acrylic dot position marker inlays. The 60s Kalamazoo headstock features the Epiphone logo inlaid in mother-of-pearl and is outfitted with Grover Rotomatic tuners. Unlike most Les Paul Specials with P-90 single coil pickups, this model is equipped with ProBucker humbucking pickups.
