This guitar has quickly become my favorite. The notes ring so well for being a compact guitar. What do you think?
The Hybrid Brazilian wood was purchased from a luthier who passed away. Dana bought it as genuine Brazilian Rosewood and it has a similar weight to Brazilian, and smells like Brazilian, however, due to the striking coloration and atypical grain patterning, he is of the opinion that this is most likely a hybridized version. In poking around the internet it does have a similar look to Brazilian Kingwood (dalbergia cearensis)
