Bacon Plectrum banjo c. 1928

Here for sale we have a lovely old plectrum banjo made by Bacon. Plectrum banjos are like tenors in that they have four strings, but the neck is thelength of aregularbanjo and they can be tuned in avarietyof tunings. This one is ingreatshape with barley any tarnish to the metal. The wood has some light surfacescratchingbut other than that it is in remarkably goodconditionfor its age and it plays and sounds great with appropriate action and neck angle. Comes with vintage perhaps original hard shell case with green lining.
