The SVT1000 has up to 1350-Watts RMS output and state-of-the-art Optocoupler Limiters to prevent unwanted power amp distortion, the Ampeg SVT-1000 is a workhorse. The Texture Control (tube-emulation circuit) can be used to overdrive the amplifier, creating a more aggressive sound – without any of the typical (and harsh-sounding) clipping often associated with solid-state electronics.

The onboard 9-Band Graphic EQ can be used to fine-tune your sound, or you might want to use it to set up a “second channel” for bass solos, complete with its own independent volume control. This model has been the staple in the industry for strong, reliable and mostly powerful clean power. Made in America.

1,000W (at 4 ohms) solid state bass head featuring a 9-band graphic EQ in addition to a 3-band parametric. Also features a 5-way switch for instant EQ shifts in the midrange frequencies. Built-in limiter with a defeat switch. The back panel has both Neutrik Speakon and 1/4″ speaker outs.
