1969 Gibson Johnny Smith JSD

This is a beautiful example of a double pickup ’69 Johnny Smith Archtop featuring solid wood construction with a carved Maple back and Spruce top with an excellent dynamic response offering a wide array of sounds from a blender pot and the two mini-humbuckers. It is in great shape and has moderate wear, but is super clean overall with modifications including a replaced nut, some finish touch-up on the headstock, and a replaced blender pot. The neck feels fantastic and provides a powerful resonance throughout the body for a strong sound that will surely please Vintage Archtop connoisseurs! Purchase includes the original hardshell case.
