Iconic Gretsch hollowbody from the 367xx batch made in 1960. This batch of 6120 model guitars known for highly figured tops, as shown in this example. This would be a nice addition for anyone’s collection.
The guitar has been well maintained and is break and crack free. The original finish has aged nicely. The wiring and pickups have been updated, featuring Ray Butts Filtertron pickups. The original 1960 Pat Pend pickups are included. The guitar plays nicely thanks to a recent refret and new Waverly tuners with appropriate buttons. A Gibson ABR-1 bridge provides spot on intonation. Overall weight is a comfortable 7.2 lbs.
