Tokai AJG-88-OLBR Made in Japan

The TokaiAJG-88-OLBR ‘Contemporary Series’ JM-Style Electric Guitaris Tokai’s take on a true classic that was originally designed as a jazz guitar in the 50’s, but found its place in surf music and later alternative and grunge music in the late 80’s. Tokai’s version of this offset guitar differs from the original in that they have used a Tunomatic style bridge with stopbar tailpiece, eliminating the many tuning issues that plagued the original design.

It features a solid Alder body, Maple satin neck with 22 fret rosewood fingerboard, vintage style Gotoh machine heads, Tunomatic style bridge with stopbar tailpiece, 3-ply mint green pick guard, and Tokai’s faithfully voiced PAF vintage Mk II humbucking pickups controlled by a 3 way selector switch with single volume and tone controls. Blue finish.
