Monel (aka Nickel Bronze) has built in natural resistance to tarnish and corrosion yet it feels great to the touch and has it’s own unique tonal color.
Monel strings were used on Gibson guitar up until 1972-ish. These strings have a bit of a pure nickel kinda vibe. Great for taming a bright guitar.
