Balanced Alder Body
Sire’s P5 model boasts a North American Alder body thatguaranteesa tight, neutral sound with bundles of upper mid-range projectionserving as the perfect tonal foundation for the punchy pickup. Roasted Maple Neck
Many high-end instruments come fitted with roasted Maple necks, yet Sire has somehow managed to fit its affordable P5 with one providing you with a truly premium look. “Roasting” is a process that is used to remove all of the natural moisture retained by a tonewood, which ultimately darkens the material and makes it far less vulnerable to warping when exposed to varying climates. This means that the P5’s neck is incredibly stable vastly improving tuning stability.
