This Danelectro is based on the double cut model that premiered back in the day. What you get is a light semi-hollow super resonant body with a beautiful black finsih, with a sleek comfy neck with rosewood fingerboard. You get plenty of access with its double-cut design. This is a supremely comfortable guitar to play (and lightweight too – it weighs in at just 5.8 lbs).

Let’s talk pickups. The lipstick pickups on this guitar are synonymous with Danelectro guitars. They give you a distinct flavor of single-coil tone that is bright, yet punchy in the mids with great bass response.
