Faith Eclipse electro-acoustic guitars combine aclassic blend of solid spruce tops with solid mahogany back and sidesto ensure a superb sound, with an ideal blend of presence and full-bodied tone.
The reimagined Eclipse guitars featureupgraded onboard electronics with Fishmans revolutionary INK BODY preampsystem. Carefully selected to enhance amplified performance, this system combines the clarity of a traditional undersaddle piezo pickup with the tonal richness of a body sensor. This not onlyelevates the amplified sound to incredible new heightsbut also allows for greater note expression whether playing chords or complex fingerstyle pieces.
A body control on the discreet Fishman preamp fascia enables players to intuitively dial in the bridge-plate mounted sensor alongside the piezo, under-saddle pickup, offeringgreater control over the level of body-derived tone or percussion in the mix.
Bringing the “Eclipse” name to life, Faith has introduced, for the first time in its history, abeautiful, figured maple ergonomic forearm contouron all new Eclipse guitars. Designed to maximise comfort and playability both onstage and at home, the maple arm contour is matched by stunning figured maple binding.
Theonyx-black finish, covered with a carefully applied clear lacquer, helps to tame the tonewoods natural resonance, producing a reassuringly balanced and focused tone when amplified.
In line with Faiths commitment to ethical and sustainable manufacturing, the new Eclipse guitars arefree from all animal products: traditional abalone and mother-of-pearl rosette and logo materials have been replaced with beautifully figured maple.
Additional premium features include Grover Rotomatic machine heads and Macassan figured ebony fittings.
