This Gibson BR-6 appears to be an earlier model since the model name is engraved on the transformer. The amp does not really break up until it’s fully cranked and even then it sounds like it’s on the edge of breakup. the volume pot is a bit scratchy but functions as it should. Inside the amp you will find a 10 inch Jensen field coil speaker. This amp comes with a two prong power cord and we recommend that the next owner change it to a modern three prong cord if it is going to be used regularly.
