Here’s a vintage 1982 Yamaha SG-1500 model. It’s a double-cutaway solidbody guitar (and a hefty one at that) full of looks and tone! The 1500 has neck-through-body construction, loaded with Yamaha humbuckers, and gold hardware with Grover tuners. The guitar’s in good playing condition with some pick scratches and surface swirl throughout the top. The back corner of the body has taken a hit and the wood has some sort of epoxy/clear coat DIY fix taken to it to smooth the wear out without any wood splinters. Cosmetically, it does the job, and the guitar still plays nicely! A leather gigbag is included.
