The A flute is only 2 inches longer than the C piccolo, so the hole spacing should be easy for most players. It has a nice bright sound with good volume.
Each flute is handmade by James Hall in Washington State, USA.These flutes are handcrafted from Pyrex glass and are designed with a Boehm headjoint taper like a modern flute to achieve a 2-1/2 octave range with only a six hole fingering system. Included with each flute is a fingering chart, dark green gift box, and a one year manufacturer’s full warranty against accidental breakage. Each flute is decorated with lovely fired-on ceramic, Carolina design. 14.75″ in length.
