Gibson Custom Shop Murphy Lab 1959 Les Paul Standard Reissue in Light Aging Lemon Burst finish made in 2024 with Original Hard Shell Case. This guitar features a solid mahogany body, mahogany neck and bound indian rosewood fingerboard. Equipped with a pair of Gibson Alnico III Custombuckers in the neck and bridge position. Controlled by 2 volume, 2 tone pots and a 3-Way toggle switch comprised of CTS pots and Luxe Paper in oil capacitors. The 24.75″ scale length neck has cellulose nitrate trapezoid inlays, tortoise side markers with 22 historic medium jumbo frets on a 12″ radius with a 59 medium “C” profile. The hardware is comprised of Murphy Lab light aged nickel Kluson Deluxe Single Line /Single Ring tuning machines with keystone heads, a nylon nut, a Gibson ABR-1 Tune-O-Matic Bridge with ultralite tailpiece and gold butyrate top hat knobs with a Single ply cream laminated cellulose acetate butyrate pickguard.
This guitar is in overall excellent condition with minimal light signs of actual wear or play. it has some light surface marks and light picking marks on the pickguard. (See Pics)
Guitar is freshly setup and restrung with 10-46 strings. Includes Original Hard Shell Case and COA & Original Case Candy.
