Evans Onyx tom heads deliver increased low-end response, powerful attack, and enhanced durability, with a matte black aesthetic. Onyx heads feature two 7.5mil plies, frost coated to deliver additional warmth, focus, and depth. Sonically, Evans Onyx black tom drumheads have a more defined attack, with a relatively short sustain, and a darker tone to match the aesthetic.
