Koa body/peghead/fingerboard binding dress this guitar up perfectly, simple and elegant. The nut width is 1 3/4″ paired with a 2 1/4″ bridge and gold Gotoh 510 tuners, great balanced playability, reliable tuning stability and great sustain. There is an appraisal letter included with this guitar that came straight from Santa Cruz at the request of the original owner. As of 2021 Santa Cruz Guitar Co. valued this guitar at $10,475 dollars, if built brand new.
Conditionally speaking this guitar has been maintained impeccably, however there are some normal signs of cosmetic wear. There is two nicks into the finish of the top, bass side by the the fretboard (photo’d) Some subtle play marks can be found on the top, sides and theres some light buckle rash on the back as well. These marks do not affect the playability or overall looks of the guitar, they are small signs of wear that do not pop out unless inspecting the guitar. If you have been wanting a high end Santa Cruz for a good price, this used one will be just the ticket! Also included is a very nice Calton Hard Case easily worth $1200 on its own! Overall an amazing work of art, that plays, sounds, and looks truly stunning. You won’t find another guitar like this.
