1954 Gibson J-50

Very nice crack free early 50’s J-50 here… Completely gone through by Allen Williams of Baruke Guitars in Gainesviille, GA. Complete refret, new bone nut, repaired bridgeplate using Stewmac plug method., check for loose braces, plugged old pickup jack hole(pictured). Bridge appears to be non-original and has tuners off a later model, but other than that she’s all original with no finish overspray etc. The guitar has a nice thick and even C shape neck that feels absolutely wonderful in the hand and a big clear tone, with lots of bass and note separation. This one won’t last long!
