1. Business Hours
Our school is open Monday through Friday from2:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
- Lessons are available during these hours by appointment only.
- We recommend scheduling lessons in advance to secure your preferred time.
2. Lesson Structure and Fees
- 30-minute lesson:$45
- 60-minute lesson:$65
- All lessons must be purchased inbundles of Three.
- Payment for bundles is due at the time of booking, and refunds will not be issued for unused lessons.
3. Lesson Cancellations and Rescheduling
- 24-hour notice:To cancel or reschedule a lesson, we require at least24 hours’ notice.
- Late cancellations(less than 24 hours) will not be rescheduled, and the lesson will be forfeited.
- Make-up lessonsare only available if the lesson is canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
4. Waiting Room Policy
- We offer alimited waiting roomfor parents who wish to stay during the lesson.
- To ensure comfort, we kindly ask parents to be mindful of space and noise levels.
- Seating availabilityis limited and provided on a first-come, first-served basis. If the waiting room is full, we kindly ask parents to return at the conclusion of the lesson.
- Parents may also choose to drop off their child and return at the end of the lesson.
5. Equipment and Gear
- All requiredmusical gear and instrumentswill be provided for use during lessons.
- No need to purchase your own equipment, as we will provide high-quality instruments and accessories for practice.
- Students musttake care of the equipment provided, and any damage or loss of gear will be subject to replacement fees.
6. Student Behavior and Conduct
- We expect all students to maintain arespectful attitudetowards instructors, staff, and other students.
- Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in a warning, and repeated offenses could lead to a suspension or termination of lessons.
7. Health and Safety Protocol
- For the health and safety of all students and staff, we require thatsick studentsstay home and reschedule their lessons.
- If any student or parent feels ill, we ask them to please stay home and reschedule in accordance with our cancellation policy.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
- All personal information shared with the school will be kept confidential and used only for administrative purposes, including scheduling and billing.
- We will not share your personal information with third parties unless required by law.
9. Liability and Insurance
- The school will not be responsible for any injury or accident that occurs on the premises during lessons.
- Students and parents are responsible for their own insurance coverage in the case of an accident or injury.
