This no-name tenor banjo stands out immediately thanks to its eye-catching floral marquetry resonator back, a detail you simply do not see every day. In Good Condition, it has some scratches and dings on the resonator. Has slight wear on the arm rest. Currently set up as a tenor 4 string banjo, but can easily be converted to 5 string with a simple bridge swap, and has railroad spikes on 7th and 9th frets. The decorative wood inlay gives it a bold, vintage-inspired aesthetic that feels straight out of the golden era of banjo design. Paired with its lightweight aluminum rim construction and classic dot inlays, this instrument blends visual character with practical playability.
Tonally, the aluminum rim delivers a bright, articulate response with quick note attack and plenty of projection. It has that snappy tenor voice that works beautifully for Irish traditional playing, early jazz, or any setting where clarity and cut are important. The lighter overall weight also makes it comfortable for extended sessions, whether on stage or at a jam.

While unbranded, this banjo appears consistent with mid-century factory builds that favored ornate cosmetic appointments and durable construction. The floral resonator back gives it a unique stage presence, setting it apart from more standard entry-level tenors. For the player who wants something visually distinctive with a lively, responsive sound, this banjo offers personality and charm in equal measure.
